1994～1998年篮球规则,已由国际篮联批准,并于1995年初在我国正式实施。新规则除了更接近职业篮球的规则外,比旧规则更具体、更完善了。因此,更便于裁判员把握执法尺度。具体说来,有以下特点: 1.新规则较旧规则更具规范性 1·1 旧规则的条文是采用文字叙述式,而新规则已改成条款项的排列,合乎法典的形式。 1·2 把旧规则中部分零乱的条款归结到一起,更为集中。 1·3 把以往习惯性和约定俗成的做法也用规则的形式固定下来。如新规则的第三
