1998年采用田间罩笼于二、三、四代棉铃虫发生期间 ,对转双抗基因棉苏抗 310接不同密度棉铃虫蛾 ,以观察不同棉铃虫虫口压力下双抗基因棉的承受能力。试验结果表明 ,双抗基因棉对二、三、四代棉铃虫均表现有较好的抗性 ,以对二代抗性最好 ,模拟高密度发生年的接蛾 50对处理 ,高峰日百株卵量 16 90粒 ,残留虫量只有 8.2头 ,尚未达到棉铃虫幼虫防治指标 ,而对照棉已远远超过防治指标 ;对三代抗性较差 ,接蛾最少的 7对处理 ,高峰日百株卵量 16 0粒 ,残存虫量 13.87头 ,达到防治指标 ;对四代抗性亦较好 ,基本不用防治 ,而对照已大大超过防治指标。二、三、四代棉铃虫对蕾、铃危害率比对照减少 6 2 %~ 99%。
During the second, third and fourth generations of cotton bollworm, the transgenic cotton bollworm moths were used to transfer to the susceptible strain of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigerae) with different densities. The results showed that double resistant gene cotton showed good resistance to second, third and fourth generations of cotton bollworm, which had the best resistance to the second generation and 50 pairs of moths with high density, The number of ovules was 16 90 and the number of remaining insects was only 8.2. The control index of cotton bollworm larvae had not yet reached, but the control cotton had far exceeded the control index. The resistance to the third generation was poor, and the minimum number of moths was 7 pairs. The number of ovules was 160, and the number of remaining parasites was 13.87, which reached the control index. The resistance to the fourth generation was also good, but no control was needed. The control had greatly exceeded the control index. Two, three, four generations of cotton bollworm buds, bell damage rate than the control of 6 2% to 99%.
