对兰坪县箐门碘缺乏病区补碘5a后神经型地克病人进行碘代谢及甲状腺功能研究。结果:尿碘基本不低;摄 ̄(131)I率均值正常,无碘饥饿病例;血清TT_4,TT_3,FT_4,FT_3,rT_3,TSH均值正常,但与非病区组相比,FT_3较高、rT_3较低(P<0.01);甲状腺功能绝大多数正常或代偿,2.63%失代偿和3.95%激素性甲亢,结果表明,箐门1/5万碘盐防治效果较好,少数甲功不正常反映补碘效应存在明显的个体差异。FT_3,FT_4与TSH联合判断甲功异常比TT_3,TT_4及TSH联合敏感。
