就业能力主要以综合职业能力作为基本内涵,以就业竞争力作为最终的取向。文秘人才就业能力包括关键能力和专业能力两部分,其中专业能力是就业竞争力的基础,而关键能力是就业竞争力的核心部分。各院校应通过及时更新人才培养理念、设置科学的课程体系等途径来增强文秘专业人才的就业能力,进一步提高文秘人才的就业竞争力。
The employability mainly takes the comprehensive professional ability as the basic content and the employment competitiveness as the final orientation. The employability of secretarial talent includes two parts: the key ability and the professional ability, of which the professional ability is the basis of the employment competitiveness and the key ability is the core part of the employment competitiveness. Colleges and universities should enhance the employability of secretarial professionals and further enhance the employment competitiveness of secretarial talents by timely updating the concept of personnel training and setting up a scientific curriculum system.
