由于技术的发展,新媒体异军突起,电视等主流传统媒体在媒介融合的背景下寻求生存之道的同时,电视信任和人际信任也不断遭遇挑战。本文采用倾向值匹配分析方法对新旧媒体使用情况、电视信任和人际信任进行研究。研究发现媒介使用不会对人际信任产生显著影响,电视信任对人际信任的负影响,对电视高度信任的受众更倾向于不相信社会中的大多数人。收看电视有利于形成受众对电视的高度信任,进而倾向于不信任社会上的大多数人;互联网使用不利于受众对电视的高度信任,却会增进社会公众之间的相互信任;手机使用对电视信任和人际信任都没有显著影响。
Due to the development of technology, the sudden emergence of new media and the pursuit of survival by the mainstream traditional media such as television in the context of media convergence, television trust and interpersonal trust continue to face challenges. In this paper, we use propensity matching analysis to study the use of old and new media, TV trust and interpersonal trust. The study found that the use of media does not have a significant impact on interpersonal trust, TV trust has a negative impact on interpersonal trust, and TV’s highly trusted audiences prefer not to trust most people in society. Watching television is conducive to the formation of a high degree of trust of the audience on television, and thus tend to distrust the majority of people in society; Internet use is not conducive to the audience’s high trust in television, but it will enhance mutual trust between the public; mobile phone use of television Trust and interpersonal trust have no significant effect.
