通过饲喂不同能量梯度高脂高胆固醇饮食,促使SD大鼠肝脏形成脂肪肝病变,观察不同能量梯度的高脂高胆固醇饲料对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝病变程度的影响。将成年雄性SD大鼠随机分组,甲、乙、丙组分别食用由低到高不同能量梯度的高脂高胆固醇饲料饲喂,丁组大鼠饲喂普通饲科,自由饮水,饲喂4周。结果表明,甲组与正常对照组大鼠肝脏相对比无脂肪空泡产生,乙组与丙组大鼠肝脏均出现脂肪颗粒,丙组较乙组脂肪颗粒有所增加。实验表明在一定能量梯度下的高脂高胆固醇配比饲料饲喂大鼠所形成的脂肪肝程度不同。
By feeding different energy gradient high-fat and high-cholesterol diet, promote the formation of fatty liver disease in SD rat liver and observe the effect of different energy gradient of high-fat and high cholesterol feed on the degree of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in rats. Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into groups A, B and C were fed with high-fat and high-cholesterol diet with different energy gradients from low to high. Rats in group D were fed with normal feeding and drinking water for 4 weeks . The results showed that compared with the normal control group, the liver of rats in group A was relatively free of fat vacuoles, fat particles were found in the liver of rats in group B and group C, and fat particles in group C were more than those in group B. Experiments show that in a certain energy gradient of high-fat and high-cholesterol diet fed rats formed by different degrees of fatty liver.
