目的比较苍耳子炒制前后水提物糖尿病模型小鼠降血糖、血脂的作用。方法注射四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病小鼠模型,实施灌胃苍耳子生品、炒品水提物干预10、20、28d后,测定空腹血糖值,然后测定血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇值、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白。结果苍耳子生品、炒品水提物高、低剂量组均能降低空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白含量,升高高密度脂蛋白含量。结论苍耳子生品、炒品水提物具有降低实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖和改善血脂代谢的作用,但两者之间无显著性差异。
Objective To compare the effect of hypoglycemic and lipidemic mice with water extract of diabetic mice before and after Xanthium. Methods Alloxan was injected into the mouse model of diabetes, and the effects of the raw materials of Fructus Xanthii and the extractions of the extractives were tested after 10, 20 and 28 days. The fasting blood glucose was measured. The levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL. Results Fructus Xanthium, high and low water extract of scallop can reduce fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and increase high density lipoprotein. Conclusion Fructus Xanthii and Fructus Extract have the effects of lowering blood glucose and improving blood lipid metabolism in experimental diabetic mice, but there is no significant difference between them.
