胸腺素作为免疫调节剂在临床应用已近十年,但实验表明它在低浓度和高浓度分别具有促进和抑制细胞免疫的功能。山东医科大学王凤山等从人胚胸腺同时提得了具有免疫增强作用的组分A(F_A)和具有免疫抑制作用的组分B(F_B),证明了胸腺激素制剂的双向调节作用是由于它含有功能不同的免疫活性物质造成的。我科自1986年10月至1987年9月用F_A治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染21例,现初步总结如下。
