钢-混凝土组合结构多排PBH剪力键力学行为试验研究

为了模拟结构中的真实受力方式,在PBH剪力键(Perfobond Hoop)单排受力研究的基础上,开展了以排数和排间间距为主要参数的多排PBH力学行为静载推出试验研究。多排PBH剪力键试验的试件排数分别为1~5排,排间间距为75~300 mm,共8个试件;试验得到多排PBH剪力键的典型荷载-滑移全过程曲线、承载力、破坏形态及滑移分布规律。多排PBH剪力键试验表明,其破坏形态为混凝土劈裂破坏,穿孔钢筋受弯屈服;沿高度方向的界面滑移呈现“两端大中间小”的分布规律;在排数5排以内时,多排PBH抗剪极限承载力与剪力键排数呈近似正相关,与排间间距无明显关系。依据影响因素和分析结果,提出了相应极限承载力计算公式,与试验结果吻合较好。 In order to simulate the real stress mode in the structure, based on the single-row PBH shear force (Perfobond Hoop), the static behavior of PBH mechanical behavior with row and row spacing as the main parameters was studied the study. The interface slip along the height direction shows the distribution of “small middle and small ends” , The shear resistance of multi-row PBH was almost positively correlated with the number of shear bond rows and had no significant relationship with the row spacing. Based on the influencing factors and the analysis results, the formula of the corresponding ultimate bearing capacity is proposed, which is in good agreement with the experimental results.
