目的观察不同基因表型乳腺癌肿瘤间质中癌相关肌纤维母细胞的表达情况并探讨其意义。方法选取不同基因表型乳腺癌各10例进行免疫组化检测CD34、SMA的表达情况。结果 CD34在各种基因表型的乳腺癌间质中均不表达,而SMA在各种基因表型的乳腺癌间质中均稳定表达,且表达强度比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论癌相关肌纤维母细胞在各种基因表型的乳腺癌间质中较一致存在,可以作为乳腺癌公共治疗靶点进行深入研究。
Objective To observe the expression of cancer-associated myofibroblasts in different types of breast cancer with tumor-associated genes and to explore its significance. Methods 10 cases of different gene phenotype breast cancer were selected for immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of CD34 and SMA. Results CD34 was not expressed in breast cancer stroma of various phenotypes, while SMA was stably expressed in breast cancer stroma of various gene phenotypes, and the expression intensity was not significantly different (P> 0.05 ). Conclusions Cancer-associated myofibroblasts are more consistent in breast cancer stroma of various gene phenotypes and may be further studied as a public therapeutic target for breast cancer.
