为了对规模化种禽场种蛋孵化后蛋壳进行再利用,试验对种蛋孵化前后蛋壳与蛋壳膜(含内外双层)的重量、主要成分及其结构变化进行测定。结果表明:胚胎发育主要是利用蛋清与蛋黄中的有机物和无机物,并将循环代谢过程中的代谢产物富集于蛋壳和蛋壳膜,经孵化后蛋壳与蛋壳膜的营养结构更有利于动物直接吸收利用,极大地提高了蛋壳的再利用价值,为进一步的应用研究提供了科学依据。
