近几年来,随着我国电信体制改革的不断深入和电信资费结构调整步伐的进一步加快,我国电信事业有了长足发展,并已基本能够满足社会需求。为切实减轻社会负担,规范政府收入分配秩序,经国务院批准,财政部、信息产业部《关于取消市话初装费和邮电附加费等政府性基金项目的通知》(财综[2001]44号),决定取消有关政府性基金项目。
