硫酸钠污染土来源广泛,亟待建立埋设于其中的钢质结构服役寿命评价的有效评价方法。通过钢在硫酸钠污染土中的埋片试验,研究了不同埋设时间下钢的腐蚀参数,结果表明:钢的腐蚀速率随着硫酸钠含量的增加而增大,随着时间的延长而降低,同时获得了钢在硫酸钠污染土中的腐蚀动力方程参数。通过分析不同含量硫酸钠污染土参数,建立了以电阻率和饱和度为自变量,腐蚀速率为因变量的多元线性回归方程,并对硫酸钠污染土的腐蚀性进行评价,获得了具有实际工程意义的结果。
Sodium sulphate contaminated soil has a wide range of sources. It is urgent to establish an effective evaluation method for evaluating the service life of steel structures buried in it. The corrosion parameters of steel under different embedding time were studied by the test of steel embedded in sulphate contaminated soil.
