分析了反应器内流体分布、传质和传热对实验数据重复性的影响,并对比了国内外反应器的结构特征和催化剂装填方式后,可以看出,国内常用的100毫升滴流加氢反应器的L_B/d_p和液体质量速度均偏低.为了克服这种缺点,应增加现有内径25毫米的反应器的直径设计得小一些.用惰性粒子稀释催化剂床层,也可提高L_B/d_p或消除温度梯度的影响,有利于提高数据的重复性.
The influence of fluid distribution, mass transfer and heat transfer on the repeatability of the experimental data was analyzed. The structural characteristics of the reactor at home and abroad and the loading method of the catalyst were compared. It can be seen that the 100 ml drip flow commonly used in China The L_B / dp and liquid mass velocities of the reactors are both low.In order to overcome this shortcoming, the reactor with the existing inner diameter of 25 mm should be designed to have a smaller diameter.The dilution of the catalyst bed with inert particles can also increase the L_B / d_p or eliminate the impact of temperature gradient, help to improve data repeatability.
