党的十五届六中全会通过的《关于加强和改进党的作风建设的决定》中提出:“改革和完善纪检体制”。目前,党的纪检机关同国家行政监察机关实行合署办公。这表明,纪检监察领导体制是纪检监察体制的一个重要组成部分,不同的领导体制从不同的角度反映着纪检监察机关在党和政府纪律建设中的地位,决定着纪检监察机关同其他组织、部门之间的关系,影响着纪检监察机关的工作方式和方法。本文即从纪检监察领导体制的现状分析入手,进而提出完善的办法。

This article starts with the analysis of the status quo of the discipline inspection and supervision leadership system, and then proposes a perfect approach.
