我院1959～1991年收治蝮蛇咬伤病人8766例,死亡77例,呼吸麻痹为主要死因。现将抢救成功的蝮蛇咬伤致呼吸麻痹10例分析如下。临床资料男6例,女4例,年龄9～62岁。职业:以农民及学生为主。蛇伤部位:上肢2例,下肢8例。肢体肿胀:10例均肿达二关节以上。蛇咬伤后入院时间:最短1小时,最长61小时。呼吸麻痹出现时间:最短蛇咬后25小时,最长98小时。自主呼吸完全消失,需持续人工呼吸时间2～15天。恢复期出现微弱自主呼吸,需间歇人工呼吸时间1～8天。全身治
Our hospital from 1959 to 1991, 8766 cases of vomiting snake biting, 77 cases of death, respiratory paralysis as the main cause of death.
