植物在生长过程中,会遇见各种生物胁迫和非生物胁迫.在植物体内有一套系统的应对机制,通过各种转录因子来发挥作用.本研究介绍的是植物中特有的一个庞大的家族-ERFs,其结构特点是含有58~60个氨基酸组成的结构域.所有的植物中都存在该家族的转录因子.ERFs类转录因子参与脱落酸、茉莉酸,乙烯和水杨酸等信号途径的生物胁迫和非生物胁迫应答,而且是多个信号途径的连接因子.本研究对近年来有关植物中ERFs的结构特点、ERFs因子对生物胁迫应答和非生物胁迫应答反应调控进行了综述.“,”Plants may encounter a variety of biotic and abiotic stress during the growth.There is a systematic response mechanism in plants which plays its role through a variety of transcription factors.This paper introduced a large family of transcription factors-the ERF family,which was specific to plants.Its structure is characterized by a domain containing 58~60 amino acids.The transcription factors of ERF family present in all plants.The ERFs transcription factors are involved in ABA,Jasmonic acid,salicylic acid and ethylene signaling pathways in response to abiotic stress and biotic stress,and they are the communicating ingredients for multiple signaling pathways.In this paper,we reviewed the structural characteristics of ERFs and its regulation on the responses of plant to biotic and abiotic stress in recent years.
