The battle over the pricing of strategic goods is a smokeless economic war. “When the price of oil goes up to $ 100 a barrel, humans may go back to the cave and start a new firewood-burning life.” This was the joke of a U.S. economist at the time of the last oil crisis. In August, world oil prices hit a record 66 dollars a barrel. Due to the changes in economic structure, the world economy has seen its affordability for high oil prices have increased a lot. Even if the oil price really reaches the level of 100 U.S. dollars a barrel, there will be no power plant shutdowns and car stalls, but double-digit inflation is hard to avoid.
