过去缺乏一种正确估计合并用药效果的方法。本文作者提出用“概率独立相加”作为模式。动物实验结果证明此式作出之估计与实验结果及逻辑推理相符。作者提出用Q_(50)法取代以往通用的Loewe式及Burgi式。Q_(50)法得出的估计既合乎逻辑又较为敏感。等概率和曲线使算术运算工作大为简化,便于临床使用。Q_(50)法既适合基础理论研究又适合联合用药临床疗效及付作用的估计。本法对祖国医药中复方的整理无疑可发挥巨大作用。
In the past, there was a lack of a correct way to estimate the efficacy of a combination. The author proposes to use “probability summation” as the model. Animal experiments show that the estimates made by this formula are consistent with the experimental results and logical reasoning. The authors propose to use the Q_ (50) method instead of the conventional Loewe and Burgi methods. The Q_ (50) method estimates are both logical and sensitive. Equal probabilities and curves make arithmetic operations greatly simplified for clinical use. Q_ (50) method is not only suitable for the basic theoretical research but also for the clinical efficacy and evaluation of combination therapy. This Law undoubtedly can play a huge role in the compilation of compounds in the motherland’s medicine.
