耳廓假性囊肿是耳鼻咽喉科常见病,本病易复发及造成耳廓变形。我科自1997年10月至1999年3月收治的耳廓假性囊肿20例中,均采用耳廓“X”形切开术治疗,效果甚佳,现报告如下。临床资料 1.一般资料:本组20例中,男18例,女2例;年龄最大者46岁,最小者20岁。20例中左耳12例,右耳10例,其中2例为双耳发病;病程最短者1天,最长者半个月,均经穿刺证实。 Auricle pseudocyst is a common disease of otolaryngology, the disease is easy to recur and cause auricle deformation.
