建立槽式太阳集热器对太阳辐射的吸收模型和换热模型,应用Matlab编制模拟计算程序,并通过现场测试验证所建模型的准确性。在此基础上模拟研究太阳辐射强度、室外气温及风速、导热油流速、导热油进口温度等参数对集热器性能的影响。结果表明:槽式太阳集热器集热效率随导热油流速和太阳辐射强度的增大而增加;随导热油进口温度的升高而降低;受室外气温及室外风速的影响较小。研究结果可为该集热器的优化设计提供参考依据。
The solar radiation absorption model and heat transfer model of trough solar collector were established. The simulation calculation program was compiled by Matlab and the accuracy of the model was verified by field test. On this basis, the effects of solar radiation intensity, outdoor temperature and wind speed, HTF velocity and HTF inlet temperature on the performance of the heat collector were simulated. The results show that the heat collection efficiency of trough solar collectors increases with the increase of the flow rate of heat transfer oil and the intensity of solar radiation, decreases with the increase of inlet temperature of conducting oil, and is less affected by outdoor air temperature and outdoor wind speed. The research results can provide a reference for the optimal design of the collector.
