①目的探索脑卒中的发病机制及其诊断参考指标。②方法采用化学比色法及邻苯三酚自氧化法对34例脑卒中病人和31例正常人红细胞(RBC)膜Na+-K+-ATPase活性及RBC内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平进行了测定。③结果脑卒中病人RBC膜Na+-K+-ATPase活性及RBC内SOD水平显著低于正常对照组(t=3.310,P<0.01;t=2.462,P<0.05)。④结论RBC膜Na+-K+-ATPase活性及RBC内SOD水平可作为脑卒中诊断的参考指标,其变化机制有待于进一步研究
Objective To explore the pathogenesis of stroke and its diagnostic reference index. Methods The activity of Na + -K + -ATPase and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 34 cases of stroke patients and 31 cases of normal human erythrocytes (RBC) membrane were determined by chemical colorimetry and pyrogallol autoxidation The determination. Results The activity of Na + -K + -ATPase and the level of SOD in RBC of stroke patients were significantly lower than those in control group (t = 3.310, P <0.01; t = 2.462, P <0.05). ④ Conclusion RBC membrane Na + -K + -ATPase activity and RBC SOD levels can be used as a reference for the diagnosis of stroke, the mechanism of its need to be further studied
