机械产品中有70~80%是以中小批量生产方式制造的,成组技术对于从事中小批多品种生产的机械工厂是提高生产效率、扩大经济效益的重要途径,是企业进行技术改造的发展方向。模块化设计(亦称组合化设计)可使机床产品具有很大的灵活性和适应性,对发展机床品种、降低产品成本和缩短交货期非常有利,已被确认为一种先进的设计方法。本文对我院机床厂运用成组技术原理和组合化设计原则、研制 CH9232型半自动组合车床系列产品的基本经验进行了总洁,并对今后设计研究成组机床等有关问题提出了一些看法。
70-80% of mechanical products are manufactured in small and medium-sized batches. The grouping technology is an important way to improve production efficiency and expand economic benefits for enterprises engaged in the production of small and medium-sized batches of varieties. It is also the development direction for technological transformation of enterprises . Modular design (also known as the combination of design) can make machine products with great flexibility and adaptability, the development of machine tool varieties, reduce product costs and shorten the delivery time is very advantageous, has been identified as an advanced design method . In this paper, the machine tool plant in our hospital using group technology principles and principles of combination design, the development of basic experience of CH9232 semi-automatic combination lathe series made a total clean, and the future design and study of the group of machine tools and other related issues put forward some views.
