我校试从课堂教学入手,开展了教育评价的实践与研究。现已制订了“两评一考”课堂教学评价方案(试行),即教师评课,学生评教和课后教学效果检测。本文仅就实施该方案的必要性和可行性谈几点看法。一、“两评一考”课堂教学评价的必要性 (一)有利于把过程评价与终结评价结合起来。过去,评价教师的教学工作,往往以考试的平均分、及格率为主,它偏重于教学的结果,是终结评价。这种评价有可能产生一些副作用,即不管教师用什么方法,只要学生分数高或多数学生满意就算教学好。
Our school started with classroom teaching and carried out the practice and research of education evaluation. A “Two Assessments and One Test” Classroom Teaching Evaluation Program (Trial) has been formulated, namely teacher evaluation, student evaluation and post teaching effectiveness testing. This article will only give some opinions on the necessity and feasibility of implementing the plan. I. The Necessity of “Two Assessments and One Examination” Classroom Teaching Evaluation (I) It is beneficial to combine process evaluation with termination assessment. In the past, evaluation of teachers’ teaching work was based on the average score and passing rate of the examination. It focused on the results of teaching and was the end of evaluation. This kind of evaluation may have some side effects, that is, no matter what method the teacher uses, as long as the student’s score is high or most students are satisfied, even if the teacher is teaching well.
