为了解目前幼儿营养状况,为改善我市集体儿童膳食提供科学依据,我们于1982年7月对省卫生厅幼儿园儿童进行了一次营养与健康状况的调查。方法与内容调查内容包括膳食调查、体格与营养检查、实验室生化检验。膳食调查采用称量法,为期五天,按《食物成分表》计算各种营养素摄入量,并了解了食物的加工,烹调过程。共调查了大、中、小三个班的76名全托儿童,年龄均在3. 5~6. 5岁之间。
In order to understand the current nutritional status of infants and to provide a scientific basis for improving the collective children’s diet in our city, we conducted a survey on the nutrition and health status of kindergarten children in the Provincial Health Department in July 1982. Methods and content The survey includes dietary surveys, physical and nutritional tests, laboratory biochemical tests. Dietary survey using weighing method, for a period of five days, according to “food composition table” to calculate various nutrient intake, and understand the food processing, cooking process. A total of 76 large-sized, medium-sized and small-sized child care children were surveyed, all aged 3.5-6.5 years.
