以Mn(NO3)2和多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)为原料,通过热分解法制备了MnO2-MWNT纳米复合物;采用X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱、透射电子显微镜对纳米复合物的微观形貌及结构进行了表征;此复合物被用于葡萄糖电化学生物传感器电极的制备,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察了葡萄糖生物传感器的表面形貌;生物传感器的性能测试表明该生物传感器有良好的稳定性及测试灵敏度,其灵敏度达47.44μA/(mM·cm2),响应时间约4s。
MnO2-MWNT nanocomposites were prepared by thermal decomposition using Mn (NO3) 2 and MWCNT as raw materials. The nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy The morphology and structure of glucose biosensor were characterized. The complex was used for the preparation of glucose electrochemical biosensor electrode. The surface morphology of glucose biosensor was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The biosensor performance test showed that the biosensor has Good stability and test sensitivity, the sensitivity of 47.44μA / (mM · cm2), the response time of about 4s.
