On 4th, 1993, a large number of consumer representatives from Chinese consumer organizations organized an unprecedented review of domestic suits. Among the tens of thousands of garment companies sampled in more than 80 large and medium-sized cities across the country, the establishment of Inner Mongolia Qingsong Garment Co., Ltd., which has been in place for just over five years, is undoubtedly a younger brother. However, at the moment when the competition was announced, Qingsong Company Ge Jian, general manager, was the first to go to the podium of the top ten brands of suits. A few years ago, several wool spinning mills in Hohhot were only able to produce primary products such as wool and fabrics. The variety of colors was very monotonous. The same is 3 meters of fabrics, deep processing in the field can earn hundreds of dollars, and operating profit here is only a few dollars. This huge gap made the hearts of a group of young entrepreneurs in Inner Mongolia Second Woolen Textile Factory deeply stung and shocked. A consensus passed them: It is necessary to extend the industrial chain, increase the added value, and engage in their own garment enterprises. The lofty beliefs of this group of young people have forgotten me into a vigorous entrepreneurial boom. From signing contracts to running licenses, from the selection and setting of equipment to personnel recruitment training, from civil engineering to equipment installation, we work together in an intense and orderly manner. The equipment came, and everyone did not hesitate to install it with hands and shoulders. It was until late at 11 o’clock in the evening. There was no overtime pay, but no one screamed. The windows of the factory were not yet installed, and the comrades on duty guard equipment huddled in the empty shell of the packaging machine and waited for dawn. At the time, only 25-year-old project leader Ge Jian followed the shifting worker’s axis...
