基层领导干部是党和政府联系群众的桥梁和纽带,也是构建和谐社会和全面建设小康社会的重要力量。本文从探讨政府基层干部素质培养的重要意义出发,详细阐述了其所占据的重要性和重要地位。接着笔者又深入分析了我国政府基层干部素养的现状问题。最后,结合自身多年工作研究经验,笔者进行了相应的培养策略分析。 The leading cadres at the grassroots level are the bridges and ties between the party and the government in contacting the masses and an important force in building a harmonious society and building an overall well-to-do society. This article starts from the significance of exploring the quality training of grassroots cadres in government and elaborates on the importance and importance they occupy. Then I further analyzed the status quo of the grassroots cadres in our government. Finally, combined with my own years of research experience, I conducted a corresponding training strategy analysis.
