The newly revised Political Consolidation Ordinance is a programmatic document promoting the innovative development of political work and is the basic guideline and basis for comprehensively strengthening the military political work in the new phase of the new century. To study and implement the new regulations, we must make breakthroughs in resolving fundamental issues such as clearly guiding our thinking, grasping the tasks of the times and the service centers, improving the leadership level, setting up correct concepts and exploring scientific methods.
