2014年BH医院录取了32名成绩优秀的考生。新职工正式报到后,医院举行了新职工岗前培训。为进一步了解此次岗前培训的总体效果,特发放了培训效果调查问卷,并用SPSS17.0进行数据分析。
BH Hospital in 2014 admitted 32 outstanding candidates. After the official registration of new workers, the hospital held a new employee pre-job training. In order to know more about the overall effect of this pre-service training, a questionnaire on training effectiveness was issued and the data analysis was conducted by SPSS17.0.
