推压齿轮是WK-4型挖掘机的主要易损件之一,其钢号是ZG35CrMo,调质硬度为HB240~260,一般使用寿命约三个月左右。由于寿命低,严重地影响了矿山生产。为了提高推压齿轮的使用寿命,在厂党委的领导下,我们组织了以工人为主体的“三结合”攻关小组,经过一年多的努力和试件的矿山运转试验鉴定,初步在原铸钢件的基础上改进了热处理工艺,使推压齿轮的使用寿命提高了6倍以上。现将试验情况简单介绍如下:
