目的 :探讨葡萄糖耐量减退 (IGT)患者胰岛素抵抗、B细胞功能及相关的代谢改变。方法 :对 45例正常人(NGT组 )和 78例IGT患者口服葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT)和胰岛素释放试验 ,并测定其血脂、尿酸、血压和体重指数(BMI)。结果 :与NGT组相比 ,IGT组胰岛素敏感指数 (P <0 0 1)和初期胰岛素分泌指数明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,OGTT各时相胰岛素之和显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,胰岛素敏感指数依次与BMI、甘油三脂 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 胆固醇 (HDL -C)和血糖相关 ;IGT患者TG、尿酸、收缩压、舒张压和BMI明显增高 ,HDL -C显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :IGT患者存在明显的胰岛素抵抗、胰岛B细胞功能异常并伴有多种代谢异常
Objective: To investigate insulin resistance, B cell function and related metabolic changes in patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods: The oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and insulin release test were performed in 45 normal subjects (NGT group) and 78 IGT patients. The levels of blood lipid, uric acid, blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) were determined. Results: Compared with NGT group, the insulin sensitivity index (P <0.01) and initial insulin secretion index (P <0.01) in IGT group were significantly lower than those in NGT group (P <0 0) 5), insulin sensitivity index followed by BMI, triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and blood glucose; IGT patients with TG, uric acid, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and BMI was significantly increased HDL-C Significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusion: IGT patients have obvious insulin resistance, islet B cell dysfunction with a variety of metabolic abnormalities
