云南德宏自治州为象达层火成岩带,含有大量鉀长石,多系微斜长石,含鉀量較低,約8%左右。从鉀长石所制成的成品为鉀鈣混合肥料,制法系以鉀长石、石灰和煅石膏混合用土窑煅烧获得。三种原料的比例为100∶150∶60。在这种比例下鉀的轉化率約为70%左右。我們曾将原矿(原材料)半成品(熔化料块)和成品(烧熔料块)进行了鉀的全量、有效性和代換性(包括水溶性)的含量測定(表1)。
Dehong Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan is an uplifted igneous zone with a large amount of potash feldspar and multi-facies microcline, with a low potassium content of about 8%. The finished product made from potash feldspar is a potash-calcium fertilizer, which is obtained by calcining a mixture of potash feldspar, lime and calcined gypsum in a kiln. The ratio of the three raw materials is 100: 150: 60. The conversion of potassium at this ratio is about 70%. We have carried out the determination of the total amount, availability and substitution (including water solubility) of potassium (raw materials) semi-finished products (melted blocks) and finished products (sintered blocks) (Table 1).
