This article gives a general introduction to the educational provisions in the U.S. Competition Law recently adopted by the U.S. Congress. From the new situation of international competition and the plight of U.S. personnel and education, from reporting to policies to legislation and the United States Competition Law, The detailed analysis of the promulgation of the U.S. Competition Law and its educational provisions through three dimensions, which are the efforts of all parties in society, has a positive reference value for understanding the basic trend of the U.S. education reform as the source of national innovation.
