本文利用自制AE-I型声发射磨削检测仪进行试验,在分析磨削接触前后声发射信号变化的基础上,指出磨削接触前后声发射信号会出现很大变化,可以根据声发射信号的变化作为磨削接触的标志;在分析磨削过程中影响声发射信号大小的因素基础上,指出了影响声发射信号大小的主要因素,并提出了砂轮钝化的检测方法。
