为了满足加工中心在机检测的实时性需求,实现高效率、低成本、高精度地标定线结构光传感器,提出了一种基于同心圆平面靶标标定线结构光平面参数的新方法。该方法将三点透视模型和交比不变原理相结合,在线结构光传感器的视觉范围内通过移动同心圆平面靶标,计算得到光平面上多组标定点的三维坐标,进而使用最小二乘算法确定光平面方程,通过标定和检测实验分析并验证了该方法的有效性。该方法具有标定算法简单且操作灵活方便等优点,适合加工检测等领域的现场标定。
In order to meet the real-time requirement of machine testing in machining center and achieve high-efficiency, low-cost and high-precision calibration of linear optical sensors, a new method of calibrating planar parameters of linear structures based on concentric planar targets is proposed. In this method, the three-point perspective model and the principle of cross ratio invariance are combined. The three-dimensional coordinates of multiple sets of calibration points on the light plane are calculated by moving concentric circle targets within the visual range of the online structure light sensor, and then the least squares algorithm The light plane equation was determined. The calibration and detection experiments were conducted to verify the validity of the proposed method. The method has the advantages of simple calibration algorithm and flexible operation, and is suitable for on-site calibration in the fields of processing and inspection.
