1997年,我国生产的磷肥平均P2O5质量分数仅为16%,而世界发达国家磷肥产品平均P2O5质量分数已达40%以上。我国复混肥料目前只占化肥产量的12%左右,而世界的平均水平已占30%,其中发达国家高达50%~80%。因此加快高浓度磷复肥的发展,已成为我国化肥工业产品结构调整的重点。该文介绍我国高浓度磷复肥(重钙、硝酸磷肥、磷铵、NPK复合肥料)的发展概况,总结高浓度磷复肥行业深化企业改革,强化内部管理;依靠技术进步,实行低成本扩张;狠抓市场营销,开拓化肥市场等三方面的基本经验。指出了滚动发展、低成本扩张是加快我国高浓度磷复肥发展的一条成功之路。最后对今后工作提出了六点建议。
In 1997, the average P2O5 mass fraction of phosphate fertilizer produced in China was only 16%, while the average P2O5 mass fraction of phosphate fertilizer products in developed countries in the world had reached more than 40%. China’s compound fertilizers currently account for only about 12% of fertilizer production, while the world average has accounted for 30%, of which developed countries up to 50% to 80%. Therefore, accelerating the development of high-concentration phosphate compound fertilizer has become the focus of China’s chemical fertilizer product structure adjustment. This article describes the development of high-concentration phosphate and compound fertilizers (heavy calcium, nitrophosphate, ammonium phosphate, and NPK compound fertilizers) in China, summarizes the deep-rooted enterprise reforms in high-concentration phosphate and compound fertilizer industries, and strengthens internal management; relying on technological progress to implement low-cost expansion ; Pay close attention to marketing, to open up the chemical fertilizer market and other three basic experience. It is pointed out that rolling development and low-cost expansion are a successful way to accelerate the development of high-concentration phosphate and compound fertilizers in China. Finally, it put forward six suggestions for future work.
