目的:研究柞蚕雄蛾油对运动训练大鼠睾酮含量、物质代谢及抗运动疲劳能力的影响。方法:以大强度耐力训练大鼠为模型,55只42 d龄雄性Wistar大鼠为对象,随机分为5组:静止组(C组)、运动对照组(T组)、运动+低剂量柞蚕雄蛾油组(TML组),运动+中剂量柞蚕雄蛾油组(TMM组),运动+高剂量柞蚕雄蛾油组,每组10只(剔除不符合实验要求的大鼠)。每天ig 1次,柞蚕雄蛾油组剂量分为0.5,1,3 g·kg-1,ig体积为5 mL·kg-1,静止组、运动对照组ig等量生理盐水。42 d力竭游泳训练后,测定体重、力竭游泳时间及血睾酮及生化指标。结果:柞蚕雄蛾油各剂量组体重大于运动对照组(P<0.05);力竭游泳时间长于运动对照组(P<0.01);血清睾酮高于运动对照组(P<0.01);血清皮质酮水平各组间均无显著差异;血清睾酮与皮质酮比值变化与睾酮变化较为一致;肝糖原、肌糖原(P<0.05或P<0.01)高于运动对照组;促卵泡激素无明显影响;血清尿素氮低于运动对照组(P<0.01);血红蛋白高于运动对照组(P<0.01)。结论:柞蚕雄蛾油可以减轻血睾酮受高强度运动量的影响,并维持在正常生理水平;可以促进蛋白质合成,抑制氨基酸和蛋白质分解,提高运动训练大鼠血红蛋白含量和糖原的储备。
Objective: To study the effect of male tussah oil on testosterone, substance metabolism and anti-fatigue ability in exercise-induced training. Methods: Fifty-two male Wistar rats, 42 days old, were randomly divided into 5 groups: resting group (C group), exercise control group (T group), exercise + low dose tussah Male moth oil group (TML group), exercise + mid-dose tussah male moth oil group (TMM group), and exercise + high-dose tussah male moth oil group, with 10 rats in each group (excluding rats that did not meet the experimental requirements). Results: The body weight of each dose group was significantly higher than that of the exercise control group (P <0.05), the exhaustion swimming time was longer than that of the exercise control group (P <0.01), the serum testosterone was higher than that of the exercise control group (P <0.01) The level of serum testosterone to corticosterone and testosterone changes were consistent; liver glycogen, muscle glycogen (P <0.05 or P <0.01) higher than the exercise control group; follicle-stimulating hormone had no significant effect ; Serum urea nitrogen was lower than that of exercise control group (P <0.01); hemoglobin was higher than that of exercise control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Male tussah oil can reduce the influence of high-intensity exercise on blood testosterone and maintain normal physiological level. It can promote the synthesis of protein, inhibit the decomposition of amino acids and protein, and increase the hemoglobin content and glycogen reserves of trained rats.
