目的了解攀枝花市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫和成蚊密度的季节性消长规律,为指导登革热的防控提供科学依据。方法在6-10月的每月中旬对监测点进行现场监测,采用布雷图指数(BI)、容器指数(CI)、房屋指数(HI)监测白纹伊蚊幼虫密度,采用双层叠帐法监测白纹伊蚊成蚊密度。结果攀枝花市每月均监测到白纹伊蚊幼虫和成蚊,季节性消长明显,呈单峰型,峰值在8月(BI=51.82、CI=21.51、HI=30.45),叮咬指数为25.67只/(人·h)。结论攀枝花市白纹伊蚊种群密度较高,存在登革热流行的潜在危险,应加强监测和环境整治以及开展健康教育等工作,预防病原输入而引起暴发流行。
Objective To understand the seasonal variation of density of Dengue virus Aedes albopictus larvae and adult mosquitoes in Panzhihua and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of dengue fever. Methods The monitoring sites were monitored on the spot every month from June to October. The density of Ae. Albopictus larvae was monitored by Brett Index (BI), Container Index (CI) and Housing Index (HI) Aedes albopictus adult mosquito density. Results The monthly growth of Aedes albopictus larvae and adult mosquitoes was detected in Panzhihua City. The seasonal fluctuation was significant and showed a monomodal peak at August (BI = 51.82, CI = 21.51, HI = 30.45). The bite index was 25.67 / (Person · h). Conclusions The population density of Aedes albopictus in Panzhihua is high, so there is a potential risk of dengue epidemics. Monitoring and environmental remediation as well as health education should be strengthened to prevent outbreaks of pathogens.
