对19例转移性肝癌行47次丝裂霉素碘化油混悬乳剂化疗栓塞,近期疗效显著,14例症状好转,13例肿瘤缩小,对来源于直结肠癌或结节肿块型肝转移疗效尤为显著,抗癌剂碘化油乳剂使微栓塞与局部化疗结为一体,既进一步加强了疗效,又使操作简便,无严重并发症且能反复多次进行。
19 cases of metastatic liver cancer were performed with chemotherapy embolization with 47 mitomycin-iodinated oil suspension emulsions. The curative effect was significant in the near future. The symptoms improved in 14 cases and the tumors decreased in 13 cases. The curative effect was on the hepatic metastases from colorectal cancer or nodular masses. Particularly significant, the anti-cancer agent iodized oil emulsions combine microembolization with local chemotherapy, which not only further enhances the efficacy, but also facilitates the operation without serious complications and can be repeated many times.
