目的观察胸腺肽对内毒素血症大鼠模型免疫功能的保护作用。方法 60只大鼠随机分为对照组、内毒素组和胸腺肽组,每组20只。胸腺肽组于建模前4周开始皮下注射胸腺肽-α1,对照组和内毒素组皮下注射等计量的生理盐水。4周后内毒素组和胸腺肽组均经静脉插管注射内毒素形成内毒素血症,对照组插管后注射等量生理盐水。建模成功后48小时取外周血检测T细胞亚群变化和血中肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNFα)及白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)的浓度。结果胸腺肽组外周血T细胞亚群检测值明显高于内毒素组(P<0.05),血中TNF-α和IL-6浓度胸腺肽组较内毒素组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽可显著改善内毒素血症大鼠的细胞免疫功能。
Objective To observe the protective effect of thymosin on the immune function of endotoxemia rat model. Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into control group, endotoxin group and thymosin group, with 20 rats in each group. The thymosin group began to inject the thymosin-α1 subcutaneously 4 weeks before modeling, and the control group and the endotoxin group were subcutaneously injected with the same amount of physiological saline. After 4 weeks, the endotoxin group and the thymosin group were injected endotoxin intravenously to form endotoxemia, and the control group received the same amount of normal saline after intubation. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in blood were measured 48 hours after modeling. Results Thymosin group peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets was significantly higher than the endotoxin group (P <0.05), the level of TNF-α and IL-6 in blood thymosin group was significantly lower than the endotoxin group (P <0.05). Conclusion Thymosin can significantly improve the cellular immune function in endotoxemic rats.
