采用系统观察法对超临界流体萃取法的最佳萃取条件进行了考察 ,并与传统有机溶剂提取法进行比较 ,建立了超临界流体萃取法提取中药筚茇中有效成分的方法 ,结果最佳萃取条件为 :以乙醇作改性剂 ,于40℃、2 .6 0 8× 10 7Pa压力下 ,二氧化碳静态萃取 15 m in,动态萃取 5 m l。该法操作简便快速 ,提取完全 ,提取效率高于有机溶剂提取法
Systematic observation method was used to investigate the optimum extraction conditions of supercritical fluid extraction. Compared with the traditional organic solvent extraction method, the method of supercritical fluid extraction for extracting the effective components of Chinese Wolfberry was established. The result was the best extraction. The conditions were as follows: ethanol was used as a modifier, and static extraction of carbon dioxide was carried out for 15 min at 40° C. and pressure of 2.86×10 7 Pa. Dynamic extraction of 5 ml was performed. The method is simple and rapid, complete extraction, extraction efficiency is higher than the organic solvent extraction method
