介绍了一种用筒形砂轮对推力轴承滚道进行逼近磨削的新方法。建立了磨削原理的数学模型及砂轮空间位置参数的优化计算方法,并进行了理论分析及实验研究;在工厂中的实际应用表明,该磨削方法使生产效率提高了6~10倍。
A new method of approximating the raceway of thrust bearing with cylindrical grinding wheel is introduced. The mathematical model of the grinding principle and the optimization calculation method of the spatial position parameters of the grinding wheel are established, and the theoretical analysis and experimental research are carried out. The practical application in the factory shows that the grinding method improves the production efficiency by 6 to 10 times.
