目的评价三七通舒胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法将2008年8月～2009年8月在我院门诊及住院50例偏头痛患者随机分为2组,对照组口服氟桂利嗪每晚5 mg,治疗组在口服氟桂利嗪每晚5 mg的基础上加用三七通舒胶囊胶囊,3次/d,每次1粒(每粒200 mg),疗程均为2月。比较2组的临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率68%2,组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三七通舒胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛临床疗效肯定,而且药物不良反应较少,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of sanchi Tongshu capsule combined with flunarizine in the treatment of migraine. Methods From August 2008 to August 2009 in our hospital outpatient and hospitalized 50 migraine patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group oral flunarizine 5 mg per night, the treatment group in oral flunarizine night 5 mg on the basis of San Tong Tong Shu capsule capsules, 3 times / d, each one (200 mg each), treatment were February. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group and 68% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Panax Tongshu capsule combined with flunarizine for the treatment of migraine positive clinical effect, and adverse drug reactions less worthy of clinical promotion.
