利用谷类副产品麸皮与前期分离得到的铁锰去除效果良好的假单胞菌4-05混合,以羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合剂,制备球状复合微生物颗粒材料,用于富含铁锰离子的地下水的生物治理,通过批量试验优化制备工艺。结果表明,羧甲基纤维素钠质量分数为14%,粒径为2.5 cm的复合微生物颗粒材料,对Fe~(2+)(初始质量浓度为80mg/L)和Mn~(2+)(初始质量浓度为2.5 mg/L)的去除率分别为95.90%和62.35%。
