2006年,我国自然灾害频发,部分地区受灾严重。特别是到了严冬季节,灾区和贫困地区的群众面临着更多的困难。前不久,在胡锦涛主席亲自倡导下,全军广泛开展了“送温暖、献爱心”活动。同灾区群众、困难群众同呼吸、共命运、心连心,始终是人民军队和民兵预备役部队广大官兵的光荣传统。当人民群众受灾时,他们冲在前,战斗在第一线;当人民群众遇到困难时,他们及时伸出自己的温暖之手。临近年终岁尾,人武系统许多单位以各种形式走访困难群众,想方设法解决他们的生活困难,做了大量工作。为此,我们编发这组稿件,反映部分单位“送温暖、献爱心”的活动情况,希望人武系统各单位通过扎实细致的帮困工作,让困难群众真正体会到党的关怀和和谐社会中大家庭的温暖。
