目的探讨产科并发症HELLP综合征的母儿预后。方法回顾性分析研究21例HELLP综合征的患者妊娠结局和围产儿预后。结果21例中16例发生在产前,5例发生在产后,平均孕龄为31.5周,孕妇的严重并发症包括:急性肾功能衰竭、弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)、肺水肿、严重腹水和胎盘早剥等。结论HELLP综合征是一种严重的产科并发症,一旦确诊为HELLP综合征应转入中心级以上医院进行治疗,尽快终止妊娠。
Objective To investigate the maternal and neonatal prognosis of obstetric complications HELLP syndrome. Methods Retrospective analysis of 21 cases of HELLP syndrome in patients with pregnancy outcomes and prognosis of perinatal. Results In 21 cases, 16 cases occurred in prenatal period and 5 cases occurred in postpartum. The average gestational age was 31.5 weeks. The serious complications of pregnant women included acute renal failure, diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC), pulmonary edema, severe ascites And placental abruption and so on. Conclusions HELLP syndrome is a serious obstetric complication. Once diagnosed as HELLP syndrome, the HELLP syndrome should be transferred to hospitals above the center level for treatment and termination of pregnancy as soon as possible.
