目的比较温石棉与3种天然代用矿物纤维粉尘的体外细胞毒性,评价3种粉尘安全性。方法首先比较温石棉及代用纤维的化学组分、在悬液中的性质,其次进行巨噬细胞培养,以细胞死亡率、乳酸脱氢酶及超氧化物歧化酶活力及丙二醛含量变化来观察温石棉与代用纤维的毒性。结果温石棉与纤维水镁石因含较高的OH-表现出较强的细胞毒性,纤维坡缕石含较低的OH-表现出较低的细胞毒性,斜发沸石未含有OH-而未表现出细胞毒性。结论在温石棉的3种代用纤维中,斜发沸石对肺泡巨噬细胞是安全的。
Objective To compare the in vitro cytotoxicity of chrysotile with three naturally occurring mineral fiber dusts and evaluate the safety of three kinds of dusts. Methods Firstly, the chemical components of chrysotile and alternative fibers in suspension were compared, and then macrophages were cultured. The changes of cell death rate, lactate dehydrogenase, superoxide dismutase activity and malondialdehyde Observe the toxicity of chrysotile and alternative fibers. Results Chrysotile and fibula brucite showed strong cytotoxicity due to the higher OH-, fibergaly palygorskite with lower OH- showed lower cytotoxicity, clinoptilolite did not contain OH- and Show cytotoxicity. Conclusions Clinoptilolite is safe for alveolar macrophages among the three alternative fibers of chrysotile.
