《水利经济》从1983年创刊到现在三年多了。三年多来,在有关部门的领导支持和各地水利经济组织、专家、学者、作者和读者的关心帮助下,《水利经济》基本上按计划出版发行。中国水利经济研究会在1985年4月的工作会议上提出《关于加强<水利经济>工作的几点意见》,国家科委1985年6月批准《水利经济》公开发行以后,《水利经济》的工作进一步取得了进展。在工作中认真贯彻党的十一届三中全会路线和全面落实办刊方针;在刊物内容上坚持理论与实践相结合、普及与提高相结合,配合当前水利建设和改革的要求,反映水利经济的研究成果和学术信息;组织撰稿队伍和发行队伍,扩大稿源和扩大订阅发行。从1985年第3 “Water economy” was founded more than three years ago from 1983.
