在MM200型摩擦磨损试验机上研究了SiC颗粒增强的铜基粉末冶金复合材料与不含SiC颗粒粉末冶金材料在干摩擦和油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,添加SiC硬质颗粒材料的耐磨性能得到较大提高。同时探讨了SiC硬质颗粒增强铜基粉末冶金复合材料的摩擦磨损机理。
The friction and wear properties of SiC particle reinforced copper-base powder metallurgy composites and SiC particle-free powder metallurgy materials under dry and oil lubricated conditions were studied on MM200 friction and wear tester. The results show that the wear resistance of SiC hard particles is greatly improved. At the same time, the friction and wear mechanism of SiC hard particle reinforced Cu-based powder metallurgy composites were also discussed.
